We Wish You a Merry Christmas!

The weeks are really starting to fly by and I think we've begun that unstoppable roll toward Christmas. September is nearly over, October is going to fly by with all the Contagious Christianity events and before you know it you'll be sitting around a Turkey asking the kids what they want for Christmas. Okay, so it's not November yet, but it sure feels like it! So how do we pull out of this nose dive? Well, slam on the breaks for a minute. Steal a few hours from your week and spend some time with God. Invest yourself, not just your time, in a ministry or service that you enjoy. Find something that your family can do together. Maybe it will be the Angel Tree coming up this Christmas. We're going to have one for Seniors and one for Kids. Maybe it will be the Thanksgiving Eve "Service" where everyone will be asked to participate in a missions project instead of going to church that evening. Whatever the case, take the time to start BEING the church stop just DOING church. Don't let it pass you by!
