Surviving Life's Losses
This week we looked at how Jesus dealt with death. We checked out John 11 and the death and resurrection of Lazarus to see how God comforts those who lose loved ones. So what did you think about it? Did you miss the message? You can read it here. But what are your thoughts? Were we on track?

Of course I have no clue how to respond to your blog where it is posted. Were you on track? One comment from Pastor Jen's sermon was used in my life this week. You see, Queenie Lee died on Sunday and I had the privilege to visit with the family. On my way over, the words, "We have a hope" kept running through my mind and was a part of my prayer with the family.
Attached is a letter I wrote to Queenie's daughters. I know the sermon was timely for us. The Spirit speaks to our hearts and can take one phrase and use it if we listen.
